Terms of Use – Peanut

Last Updated: September 22, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Peanut (the “App”), a pregnancy companion provided by Two Kings Software (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

1. What Peanut Provides

Peanut helps pregnant users and their invited partners follow pregnancy progress, organize preparations, record everyday experiences, and stay connected. Depending on availability, features include pregnancy-week and due-date estimates, development content and illustrations, daily check-ins, nutrition and hydration tracking, appointment reminders, preparation lists, memories and photos, baby names, partner activities, a fetal movement counter, a contraction timer, and AI-assisted information.

Features, content, languages, and regional guidance may vary by app version, platform, region, or rollout. Some features require an internet connection, a linked partner, device permissions, or an updated version of the App.

2. Medical and AI Limitations

Peanut provides general information and organizational tools. It does not provide medical care, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Using the App does not establish a clinician-patient relationship. Entries, AI questions, feedback, and notifications are not monitored as an emergency or clinical service.

Follow your healthcare professional’s guidance if it differs from the App. For reduced or changed fetal movement, concerning symptoms, or a suspected emergency, contact your maternity-care team or local emergency services promptly. Do not wait for an app target, timer status, AI answer, partner response, or support reply.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms. Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. Use your own account and the invitation process to connect a partner instead of sharing credentials.

You may enter information about another person only when you have permission or another lawful basis to do so. You must not impersonate another person or create or access a pregnancy record without authorization.

4. Partner Connections and Shared Records

Linking a partner gives that account access to shared pregnancy features and information, as described in the Privacy Policy. This can include health-related records, photos, appointments, and support summaries derived from check-ins. Share an invitation only with the intended person, and use the connection only with the other person’s agreement.

Some games reveal answers according to their rules, and some check-in information is summarized for the partner. Do not assume every entry is private to you. Ending access does not retract information or copies already received by the partner. Contact us if you need help with unwanted access.

Account and pregnancy deletion have different effects on connected accounts; see Section 10 before deleting either.

5. Your Content and Community Contributions

You retain your rights in photos, notes, questions, answers you submit in activities, reviews, and other material you provide (“User Content”). You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to submit it and for respecting other people’s privacy.

You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, process, and display User Content to operate the features you use. This includes processing through service providers, making shared content available to your linked partner, and publishing content you submit to community features. This license does not authorize unrelated advertising use of your private pregnancy records or photos.

Approved preparation suggestions, product recommendations, ratings, and review comments may be visible to others with a public display name. Submit only information you intend to share. We may review, decline, or remove contributions that violate these Terms, infringe rights, expose personal information, or undermine the service. Publication does not mean that we endorse or verify a contribution, product, or health claim.

When you delete content or an account, storage and removal follow the Privacy Policy. Some shared or previously published contributions may remain with account attribution removed, and recipients may retain their own copies. We may continue processing retained content only for the purposes described in that policy and these Terms.

We may use suggestions about improving the App without an obligation to compensate you. That permission does not override the Privacy Policy or make private health information public.

6. Acceptable Use

Use Peanut lawfully and respectfully. You must not:

7. Our Content and Third-Party Services

Peanut’s software, branding, design, illustrations, and content are owned by or licensed to Two Kings Software. We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App in accordance with these Terms. Third-party materials and open-source components remain subject to their applicable licenses.

Peanut relies on services such as Google Firebase, OpenAI, AppsFlyer, Apple, and Google. External websites, merchants, and services have their own terms and privacy practices. Their availability can affect app functionality.

Product links and community recommendations are for information. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Peanut is not the seller and does not guarantee a product’s safety, suitability, price, or availability. Verify purchase details with the merchant and relevant health or safety information with a qualified professional. Nothing in this section removes obligations we have under applicable law.

8. Paid Features, If Offered

Any paid feature or subscription will be identified with its price, billing period, included features, and applicable purchase terms before you buy it. These Terms do not themselves enroll you in a subscription or authorize a charge.

For purchases offered through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the applicable store processes payment. If an offer is an automatically renewing subscription, it renews according to the terms shown at purchase unless canceled within the store’s required timeframe. Any trial terms and subsequent price will be disclosed with the offer.

Manage or cancel a store subscription through the account used to purchase it. See Apple’s cancellation instructions or Google Play’s cancellation instructions. Deleting the App, a pregnancy, or your Peanut account does not itself cancel a store subscription. Refunds and cancellation rights are subject to the applicable store process and mandatory consumer law. Contact us if you need help identifying the appropriate support channel.

Any price changes will be handled with the notice and consent required by the store and applicable law.

9. Availability and Changes to the Service

We may update, correct, limit, or discontinue features, including AI features and usage limits. Where required, we will provide notice and honor applicable rights relating to paid services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, successful delivery of every reminder, or permanent storage of every record.

Keep a separate copy of information you need for medical care or other important purposes. Peanut is not a substitute for your healthcare provider’s records.

10. Leaving Peanut and Deleting Data

You can stop using the App at any time. Signing out or uninstalling does not delete cloud records. The App offers separate deletion actions:

Deletion is permanent. Read the confirmation shown in the App. Cleanup may continue after acceptance, and some public content or limited records may remain as explained in the Privacy Policy.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address a violation of these Terms, unauthorized access, security or safety risks, or legal requirements. Where appropriate and lawful, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue. Contact us if you believe a restriction is mistaken.

Provisions concerning retained content, intellectual property, liability, and dispute resolution continue to apply to the extent relevant after use ends.

11. Disclaimers and Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or any particular pregnancy or health outcome. The specific medical and AI limitations in Section 2 apply to all related features.

To the extent permitted by law, Two Kings Software is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or loss of business opportunity arising from use of the App. Our total liability for claims relating to the App is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim or US $100, except where applicable law does not permit that limit.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot be limited. Nothing removes mandatory consumer or privacy rights.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, subject to any mandatory protections that apply where you live. Subject to those protections and any mandatory rights to bring proceedings elsewhere, disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel.

Please contact us first if a problem arises so we can try to resolve it. Doing so does not prevent you from seeking urgent relief, exercising statutory rights, or making a complaint to a competent authority.

13. Changes and General Provisions

We may revise these Terms as Peanut changes. We will update the date above and give notice of material changes where required. Revised terms apply from the effective date communicated with them; where renewed agreement is required, we will seek it. If you do not agree to applicable changes, you may stop using the App and request deletion, without losing rights that applicable law preserves.

These Terms govern use of the App together with any applicable purchase terms. The Privacy Policy describes our data practices. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Not enforcing a provision on one occasion does not waive it. Any transfer of our rights or obligations remains subject to your rights under applicable law.
